Lab Goals

• To be international leaders in the development and application of human factors principles within healthcare systems.

• To publish high quality research studies applying systems thinking principles, and studying the effects of interventions, to address persistent clinical problems.

• To study the application of embedded human factors expertise on the performance and wellbeing of clinicians, for the benefit of patients.
